To help our youth understand the Word of God and its teachings on a level that is understanding to them.

 

This inclusion to the worship service has added tremendous growth to the New Friendship youth department. While in service, the youth learn to understand the Word of God through the fundamental teachings of the scriptures, bible stories, games and class role play. They are also taught how to use their spiritual knowledge to increase their maturity in their walk with God. Incentives are a major part of the Children’s church to help retain the attendance and motivation to participate in church activities.

 

We do acknowledge and give all glory and honor to GOD for His guidance through this process with our youth!

 

Some Lessons will consist of:

•  Meaning of the Easter/Resurrection Story

• How to love themselves and love God

• Their spiritual walk with God

• How to pray

• The plan of salvation

• The meaning of baptism

 

There will also be a “Craft” Sunday
